Ever since our inception, 8 years ago, we’ve strived to bring something new to the Indian wedding landscape. We’ve seen the growth of the wedding industry in India and have moulded our operations accordingly. Our trailblazing efforts during these years have won us several accolades and one of them is the prestigious WOW awards.
Wow awards 2019
WOW Awards are the largest business & recognition platform for the Experiential Marketing, MICE, LIVE Entertainment & Wedding Industry in India. WOW Awards Asia is an initiative of EVENTFAQS Media – A multi-channel platform focused on the events, entertainment and experiential industry. Over 1800 event planners across the country attend the WOW Awards every year, and we were quite lucky to be a part of it two years in a row!
We’ve won the WOW awards in 2018 as well as 2019, and here is a slight glimpse into the events that won us these awards.
2018 WOW GOLD – Anniversary/Birthday Celebration of the Year - 21915 Days of Kala: Udaipur, Rajasthan
T. S. Kaladharan, the Chairman of CSS Group, Dubai was thrown a surprise 60th Birthday party by his loved ones at the Hotel Lakend, Udaipur. The Celebration was a 3 part event with a Rajasthani lunch get together in the afternoon, a Casino themed Birthday Party in the evening and a Neon themed Afterparty.
A gourmet thali was served to guests with many veg and non-veg varieties.

2019 WOW GOLD – Entertainment Design for a Social Event - The GoPrem Wedding: Mysore, Karnataka
The GoPrem Wedding series had a total of 4 events spanned out across 3 days at Mysore. The first day entailed the Mehendi and Sangeet, 2 different events in one day at the Bride’s Residence. The entertainments included the North Indian themed dhol players and dancers as the Sangeet had entertainers like Retro Bollywood Singers and custom directed Puppet show. The Wedding took place at the Lokranjan Grounds in Mysore where all the entertainments were based on traditional South Indian art forms. The Reception at the Lalitha Mahal Palace had a 26-member multilingual band and dancers in international art forms.

The bride and groom entered the Sangeeth function on a Kitschy vespa.
Retro dancers set the mood for the Bollywood sangeet night.
Renowned Malayalam playback singer Anoop Shankar soothed the guests with his melodies.
A classic Shingari melam was employed for the couple’s wedding entry.
The late genius Mr Balabaskar provided heavenly tunes for the wedding.
WOW BRONZE – Pre-Wedding Celebration of the Year - Dastan E Shamun: Thrissur, Kerala
Safiya’s Mehendi Ceremony was organized at the Lulu Convention Center, Thrissur. The Muslim Mehendi Ceremony was designed with a décor combination of LED Walls and lightings throughout the venue. The entertainments and engagements were designed based on the classy Mopilla mood.

The Dance acts involved Retro Bollywood, Interactive Oppana and Malayalam fusion.
A new-gen multilingual band NRJ project led by renowned vocalists Niranj Suresh, featuring Sanjeets Bhattacharya was the entertainment highlights of the event.
A traditional Moppila band led by Malayalam playback singer Anwar Sadath and Ishal Arabia fame Nawas Kasargod, Sajli Salim and Ismath.
