Baarat & Varmala

The procession of Baraat, followed by the Varmala ceremony, exuded grandness. A team of 150 members dhol team led the procession to the venue with their electrifying beats. The groom arrived in regal style in a luxurious vintage car, reminiscent of a Rajkumar. When the baarat reached the venue the groom’s family was welcomed with cardamom and pearl garlands at baraat Swagat ceremony. The groom was taken to the varmala stage by his family. The bride made her grand entry with apsaras holding tiered lamps. The exchange of Varmala between the bride and groom took place on a lotus-shaped stage, with the beautiful backwaters serving as the backdrop. During the varmala ceremony, there was a spectacular display of fireworks, color bombs, and smoke shots.
