Wakanda

Wakanda themed sangeet paid homage to the rich roots of African traditions from the Black Panther movie. A palette of black, gold, pink, purple and brightly coloured mixed-prints along with Neon Signages, VFX and MI Bars changed the vibe of the hall. Nods to African culture came through by way of the tropical florals, the stationery and decals, as well as the Afropunk attire seen on the walkabouts and performers. The Wakandan Warlord welcomed the guests and gave them vibranium Shots. The #OhMyGeosh Couple were sensationally escorted onto the stage by members of the River Tribe and Dora Milaje Warriors and they kick started the celebrations by powering up the neon champagne pyramid. Masala Coffee Band took the guests on a Wakandanian trip with special appearances of The Black Panther, Squid Game guards, The Marshmallow Man and Zamunda Dancers. DJ Savyo and Liquid Percussionist Sonu Sebastian’s extremely psychedelic selections and DJing brought the house down. The Wakandan Bar served an eclectic mix of cocktails and shots.
