Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate cancellation of events. In the unlikely event of cancellations, customers may refer to the below sections. 

   

  1. CANCELLATION

 

  1. Cancellation Procedure

 

All cancellation requests must be intimated to the company via email through info@rainmakerevents.co.in. Please note that the company shall not accept intimations via other media.

 

  1. Cancellation Notice Period

 

  1. If the cancellation is made prior to 120 days of the event, the customer shall be entitled for a full refund.
  2. If the cancellation is made 61-120 days before the date of event, the customer shall be entitled for 50% refund.
  3. If the cancellation is made 15-60 days before the date of event, the customer shall be entitled for 25% refund.
  4. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of the event.

 

Please Note – The refunds shall only be disbursed after deducting the cancellation charges levied by the vendors/merchants plus GST.

 

  • Process for refund

 

Upon receiving the cancellation request, the company shall assess the request and process any eligible refunds, according to the terms of the specific contract between the company and according to the general terms and conditions provided herein.  

 

  1. REFUND

 

  1. Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms of the specific contract between the company and according to the general terms and conditions provided herein.

  1. Refund Processing Time

      Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

  • Non-Refundable Fees

      Venue bookings, vendor payments and applicable TDS/GST charges, may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances.

  1. Mode of refund

      Refunds will be issued via same mode of payment used by the customer.

  1. RESCHEDULING EVENTS

 

In the unforeseen circumstance where the customer requests rescheduling of events, all efforts will be made by the company to accommodate such a request. Please note that rescheduling of events depends entirely on the circumstances that prevail at the time and cannot be claimed as a right. 

 

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

 

The company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any promised services, which constitutes a cancellation of event(s) due to any of the following causes (which causes are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. However, the company shall strive to assist the customer in identifying an appropriate solution. 

 

  1. VENDOR CONTRACTS

 

Cancellations made from the end of the vendors/merchants engaged as third parties for the event, shall be handled in accordance with their respective contracts and policies.

 

  1. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

 

The company reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicate to the customers in a timely and transparent manner.
